General Public Utility
- To purchase property with the sole intention of using it for the common good, such as housing, a library or a community hall for training sessions, seminars, lectures, and other public events for the benefit of the neighbourhood as a whole.
- To construct, alter, maintain, sell/lease, mortage, transfer, improve, manage and or develop all or any party of the property/building of the trust for attainment of the aims and objects of the trust.
- To engage, hire, or otherwise make suitable staff, workers, professionals, attorneys, managers, or agents for the work, advancement, growth, and furtherance of the goals and objects of the trust and the society, and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends, or fees.
- To do or perform any other act, which may be incidental or completive to the attainment of any of the object of the trust.
- To approach concerned authorities regarding the solution of problems of the trust.
- To conduct research in education and other discipline with different subjects relating to education.To engage in any additional action that is incidental to the aforementioned activities but is consistent with the aforementioned goals.
